ALKADOWN 3X: Alkalinity Reducer - 1Kg
The novel probiotics is based on the phenomenon of biological oxidation and reduction reactions of beneficiary microbes. In aquaculture ponds many substrates such as HCO3, NH3, H2S, NO2, NO3, CO2, etc play the role of hydrogen donating or accepting on the qualitative or quantitative base for the cellular respiration of some suitable microbes. Bacterial dehydrogenase enzyme plays the fundamental role in them for cellular respiration leading to active dehydrogenating activity towards a variety of substrates mentioned above which were confirmed by DL-2-hydroxy-4-methylpentanoic acid (DL-HMPA) as the screening probe.
Bicarbonates pose a great problem in aquaculture management. They not only kill the aquatic animals but also lead to many diseases leading to loose shell, tail/fin/gill rot and reddish/furuncles Due to the above problems this novel product is administered widely by many farmers. It is a mixture of bacteria that provides a counterinsurgency effect, which restores the balance through living microorganisms. It also does bio-remediation which restores clean environment to a troubled pond ecosystem.

COMPOSITION
Alkadown 3X consists of 7 different non-pathogenic microorganisms along with necessary enzymes. They include strains belonging to group and general Coryneform bacteria, Bacillus Sp, Pseudomonas Sp, Streptomyces etc, at a very high concentration of up to 6 Billion CFU.
USAGE
Mix ALKADOWN 3X (1Kg) in sufficient pond water and apply uniformly over the pond.
FOR EXTREME ALKALINITY CONDITIONS IN POND FOLLOW THE BELOW PROCEDURE:
Mix Alkadown 3X (1Kg) with 100L of dechlorinated pond water + 2 Kg Jaggery + 1 Kg of any legume flour (Like Green Gram Flour) Mix thoroughly and brew for 6 to 12 hours in a shade place. Mix with a stick frequently. After brewing, apply uniformly over the pond. Represented usage necessary if addition of water done with hard water.
